All gift card orders will be charged shipping & handling fees as follows:

Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping Box - $5.35
Fed Ex (Standard Overnight - Continental US) - $25.00

We require a minimum of 24 hours to process and ship your online gift card order. Orders placed on weekends or during national holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day. If you require overnight shipping with less than 24-hours of purchase please call the restaurant directly at to discuss available options.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please safeguard your gift card, as the value on the gift card will not be replaced if the gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the cardholder’s permission. Gift cards have no expiration date. Purchase of and/or use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the card Terms and Conditions.

  • Q: Where can I purchase a Chazz: A Bronx Original gift card or gift item?
    A: Chazz: A Bronx Original gift cards can be purchased on our website, in person at the restaurant or by phone at . We currently do not offer an electronic, mobile or printable gift card.
  • Q: Can I personalize the message on the gift card carrier?
    A: Yes, you can add a personalized greeting on the gift card carrier. Please note that it will be sent exactly as typed so pay extra care when entering your message.
  • Q: How will I receive confirmation of my online order?
    A: You will be prompted to include your email address during the order process. We require a minimum of 24 hours to process and ship your online gift card order. Orders placed on weekends or during national holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order that will also serve as your receipt. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please Email Us.
  • Q: May I ship the gift card or gift item directly to my recipient?
    A: Yes – you will have the option during the order process to ship the gift card to yourself or your recipient.
  • Q: What should I be looking for in the mail?
    A: If the order was sent via US Priority Mail, look for a small, white US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping box or envelope bearing our return address. If the order was sent via FedEx, you should receive it on the next business day via FedEx.
  • Q: I am interested in purchasing gift cards in bulk quantities. What programs do you offer?
    A: Please contact one of our Managers at or contact us online click here to discuss bonuses for purchases of $1,000 or more.
  • Q: Can I return or exchange my gift card?
    A: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Q: How do I redeem my Chazz: A Bronx Original Gift Card?
    A: Simply present your plastic gift card at the time of payment at the restaurant. Gift cards may be redeemed for food and beverage purchases only. Safeguard your plastic gift card. The gift card must be presented for payment. We will not accept or process photographed or scanned copies of the plastic gift card. We do not accept mobile gift cards displayed on Smartphones or other electronic devices.

  • Q: When are orders filled?
    A: We require a minimum of 24 hours to process and ship your online gift card order. Orders placed on weekends or during national holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day.   • Q: What are my delivery/shipment options?
    A: Gift cards may be delivered via USPS Priority Mail or via FedEx Overnight. Gift cards shipped via USPS Priority Mail cannot be tracked and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on mail volume (expect delays during December). Gift cards can also be shipped overnight mail via FedEx. Please note neither shipping method includes service during weekends and some holidays.
  • Q: Do you offer a Saturday or Sunday overnight delivery?
    A: We do not offer any Saturday or Sunday overnight delivery services.
  • Q: Is there a signature required for delivery sent via USPS or FedEx?
    A: No, a signature is not required. Your package will be left at the front door or with the reception person at your place of business.
  • Q: Will FedEx deliver to a P.O. Box?
    A: No, FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You will need to ship the gift card/gift item to a physical mailing address.
  • Q: When will my gift card/gift items arrive?
    A: Online gift card orders require 24 hours to process and generally ship the next business day, Monday-Fridays excluding holidays. USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight – 2 business days, including the one to process. (If you place your order on Monday, it will be filled on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday). Note: FedEx will not make delivery attempts on Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays. Chazz: A Bronx Original is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier error or inclement weather.
  • Q: I have not received my online order, what do I do?
    A: For fastest service please Email Us. If needed, we can cancel the original gift card that was shipped and ship a replacement using the same delivery method as your original order. If you would like to have it reshipped via another delivery method, the additional cost will be your responsibility.


Using your Chazz: A Bronx Original Gift Card


  • Q: Can Chazz: A Bronx Original gift cards be used for tax & gratuity?
    A: No. Gift cards may only be used for food & beverage purchases at Chazz: A Bronx Original. The plastic card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, gratuities or cash equivalents (including additional gift cards).
  • Q: Can I use more than one gift card to pay for my check?
    A: Yes, you may use as many gift cards as you wish to pay for your meal.
  • Q: What will happen if I do not use the full amount of the gift card in one visit?
    A: The balance will remain on your gift card until your next visit and until the full value has been depleted.
  • Q: Do gift cards expire?
    A: Purchased gift cards do not expire. We do not charge a maintenance or non-usage fee to your gift card. We do issue promotional and business trade gift cards that do expire.
  • Q: Can my Chazz: A Bronx Original gift card be replaced if lost or stolen?
    A: Unfortunately Chazz: A Bronx Original is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please safeguard your gift card, as the value on the gift card will not be replaced if the gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the cardholder’s permission.
